Updating Anne Finucane's biography[edit]

Hello! I have submitted a request to update the article about American banker Anne Finucane, who has retired from the vice chair role at Bank of America. Here is a link to my first request. Are any WikiProject Women editors able to take a look and update her page? Thanks so much! KMBrightSide (talk) 18:34, 22 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Bridgit Mendler[edit]

There is a discussion at Bridgit Mendler about including the University of Southern California in the infobox's education parameter. It can be found at Talk:Bridgit Mendler#Education. Input from project members would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 03:55, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

age limits?[edit]

Pardon my pedantry, but does WikiProject Women limit itself to covering topics about adult women, or is it concerned with all ages? I ask re: this tagging of the article disappearance of Pauline Picard. Thanks, all, — Fourthords | =Λ= | 16:29, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting. The category Category:Girls specifically says that it is not used for biographical articles, and although we have a category for Category:Women centenarians we do not have a corresponding category for Category:Women who died in childhood. I suppose the only notable ones are likely to be: victims of crime like this one, child actors/musicians/gymnasts who achieved notability and died before adulthood, princesses etc dying young and still deemed significant enough for an article.
But to reply to @Fourthords:, I would think that even a female toddler would come within the scope of this Wikiproject. "... and girls" can be assumed. But others may have other ideas! (And I've added this Pauline Picard to Picard (name) while looking into her.) PamD 19:05, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate the check on my pedantry! — Fourthords | =Λ= | 04:20, 18 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
