Wikipedians do it … less than 3 times a day.

I tried to reword it like, A bird in the air is worth two on the ground., where "air" would link to a page about "good" editing, and of course "ground" linked to "bad" editing. Unfortunately, all I could think of for the "good" editing page was Wikipedia:Administrators, who aren't any more "good" than non-administrators.
