The image you want to upload here has copyright restrictions, but I presume you own the flickr account and can upload it on Wikipedia.
First, there is already a logo image of the Institute under the name File:IST.jpg. If you feel this logo is out-dated and your image is the new official logo of the institute then go to the above mentioned image page. In the File history header there is an option to upload a new version of this file. Follow the link and instructions and you will be able to upload your image.
However, if the logo on flickr is not the original logo of the organization, I suggest not to use it. Anyways in that case you need to upload it as a separate file. On the main page in the left corner there is a Toolbox with an option Upload File, just follow the instructions. Once you have uploaded the file you can use it in the article. And since you own the copyrights (I presume), I suggest you upload it yourself and give the details. Hope this is helpful. Regards Samar (Talk . Contributions) 06:45, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
