Foreign policy of the Donald Trump administration[edit]
Hi! I wanted to give you a bit of a head's up about Foreign policy of the Donald Trump administration. This page is under discretionary sanctions, which means that any additions to the article will be more heavily scrutinized than an edit may be to another article. (A sanctioned article is essentially an article that deals with a topic that is prone to a lot of debate and controversy between editors and is more likely to be the focus of discussion.) It's also common for articles like this to have things set up a particular way after several debates by multiple editors, so you need to be especially careful with any information added to this article. I would heavily recommend that you open up a discussion on the talk page that goes over what you're adding to the article, even though it's already added. The reason for this is because even if the content seems like it shouldn't be controversial, content on pages like this tends to be heavily debated and it can make it easier for people to see what your goal is if you make a quick comment on the talk page. I saw that you added a bibliography to the talk page, but it's a good idea to say what you're going to be doing with it as well. My only other note is that if the content is removed from the page, always make sure to discuss the removal on the article's talk page or on the talk page of the editor who removed it. Don't add it back until you've had a chance to discuss things with the editor, as this can be seen as edit warring and sometimes the editor has a reason for removing the content. (This doesn't mean that the content will be removed, just that sanctioned articles, especially Trump related articles, tend to be fairly contentious.)
