Deleting own user page[edit]

How to Submit a Request:

1. Go to your user page.

2. Look to the right until you see "TW".

3. Hover over "TW" to reveal a list of options.

4. Click on "CSD".

5. Select "U1: User request".

I wanna ask, I dun know why I can't find the TW even though I checked as you instructed. Is it on mobile and PC mode difference? Plus, how do you know I am in this situation about wanting to clear off the user page?
