Deletion of Greenplum[edit]

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Greenplum, which you proposed for deletion, because its deletion has previously been contested or viewed as controversial. Proposed deletion is not for controversial deletions. For this reason, proposed deletion is disallowed on articles that have previously been de-{{prod}}ed, even by the article creator, or which have previously been listed on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article, but feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Problems with upload of File:Icon Pivotal Greenplum.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Icon Pivotal Greenplum.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Greenplum revisited[edit]

Not sure you are still active on Wikipedia? If so, please notice I merged the articles on Greenplum the former company (now part of Pivotal) and its eponymous product. After little debate with myself, I used the guideline WP:COMMONNAME to use the simple single word as the title, since it is unambiguous and commonly used for both company and product. We are not a commercial site, so do not necessarily need to use trademarked or official marketing names. Thanks for any help. W Nowicki (talk) 23:33, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
