Hi there! Phase I of the Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/2024 review has concluded, with several impactful changes gaining community consensus and proceeding to various stages of implementation. The following proposals have gained consensus:

See the project page for a full list of proposals and their outcomes. A huge thank-you to everyone who has participated so far :) looking forward to seeing lots of hard work become a reality in phase II. theleekycauldron (talk), via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 08:09, 5 May 2024 (UTC)

Request to delete draft.

If Adel Rehman's draft is not notable then please remove this draft as soon as possible. It will be your great kindness. Rathorenareshrathore (talk) 13:05, 21 April 2024 (UTC)

I don't have the ability to delete anything. And posting the same request multiple times here isn't helpful. Joseph2302 (talk) 15:28, 21 April 2024 (UTC)

Cricket Team logos

Hey mate, what should be done of the national cricket team logos? Every cricket team seems to have a logo, while India and Bangladesh dont. For India, the bcci logo is pretty much used everywhere, as well as on the jersey on top of which are the stars indicating the number of world cups they've won. Ideally shouldnt that be there on their page? Pharaoh496 (talk) 11:09, 11 May 2024 (UTC)

Regardless of use elsewhere, the BCCI logo is the logo of the BCCI, and can only be used there, according to WP: Non-free images (and WP:GETTY point 17). If a country has its own logo, then and only then can it be used. Joseph2302 (talk) 16:12, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
The NFCC can be edited on the file. Regardless, shouldnt there be any uniformity for these things? Pharaoh496 (talk) 18:53, 12 May 2024 (UTC)

Hi Joseph2302, Hope you're doing well. I am just checking the wikiprojects of IPL, BPL, PSL and LPL and I came to know that there isn't a active members at all. So, Can we merge these wikiprojects into WP:CRIC. Fade258 (talk) 01:26, 17 May 2024 (UTC)

  • I want to, but don't know what the proper process to get consensus for this is. And busy IRL at the moment. Joseph2302 (talk) 14:23, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
