Please help me with correctly writing the first paragraph to get my wikipedia accepted and not up for speedy deletion.

Thank you for getting back to me. What I want to do, is make a personal wikipedia for myself, The first time I did, i was elected for speedy deletion, due to the username begin the same as my name, which violates TOS of wikipedia. I've corrected that and went ahead with what I want to publish but didnt publish it yet. Can you suggest on what I should do to not get deleted?
