List of celebrity guest appearances on Neighbours[edit]

Hi there, I see you've been adding some edits to this page. I just wanted to say that the 'role' column in the table is for what role/character they played in Neighbours and not their actual profession. ie. Shane Warne played himself in the show, not a cricketer. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 17:35, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Conquistador2k6! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 4 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 876 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Cameron Welsh - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Nic Testoni - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Elly Conway has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Short lived soap character with no significance outside the show. The article remained a two lines stub for 4 years which is a strong evidence that there are no reliable sources to cover the subject independently of the show, or even within the show.

Hello Conquistador2k6, this is a message from an automated bot to inform you that the page you created, List of LGBT characters in film, radio, and TV fiction, has been marked for speedy deletion by User:Ajuk. This has been done because the page is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader (see CSD). If you think the tag was placed in error, please add "{{hangon}}" to the page text, and edit the talk page to explain why the page should not be deleted. If you have a question about this bot, please ask it at User talk:SDPatrolBot II. If you have a question for the user who tagged the article, see User talk:Ajuk. Reviewer granted[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 23:24, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Neighbours[edit]

I don't know if you came back to check on my talk page, but you have a reply there. Two other things; When you change the infoboxes over, you need to include the series (Neighbours) and remove the colour field (colour ={{Television colour|Neighbours}}). Also, if you could use edit summaries when editing a page that would be really helpful. They let other users know what edits were performed in the article's history. Thanks. :) - JuneGloom07 Talk? 16:04, 17 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Jim Branning's nephew[edit]

Hi, someone's asked about Jim Branning's nephew Gordon Branning in EastEnders. I looked in the page history and can see that you added him in this edit way back in 2007. Do you remember anything about it, like was he mentioned by someone? AnemoneProjectors 17:50, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Anne Wilkinson[edit]

Anne Wilkinson sure could do with a make over. You're always adding tweaks to articles on the good old Neighbours. We need someone else who likes the show as much as me and June do. I challenge you to transform Anne's page and get it looking a little like maybe Paul, Declan, Henry and co's articles.. :D RAIN the ONE (Talk) 16:56, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh yes, that's coming along isn't it. If you do a search on Google, i'm sure you will find a few refs for Characterisation, Casting and other reception info. Satchwell was a popular cast member as I recall. =)RAIN the ONE (Talk) 00:00, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dirty Sanchez[edit]

Please don't remove the {{uncat}} template from articles just because you're adding them to the hidden category Category:Uncategorised musical groups — that just serves to send the article right back onto the Untagged Uncategorized Articles list. I'm trying to clear up a backlog of almost 20,000 articles on that list, and that isn't helped by articles which still aren't properly categorized reappearing again after I've tagged them. Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 05:44, 5 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Lists of Neighbours characters[edit]

Hi. Do you not think it would better to finish the 1985/6 lists before starting another one? Both lists are missing storylines for characters and more importantly they contain no references. I uploaded the 2008 list yesterday after months of work researching the characters, the dates and finding sources. I worked on it off Wiki before moving it to my userspace and eventually the mainspace. Perhaps you could create future lists this way? At the moment, I can see someone coming along and redirecting, PRODing or even taking the lists to AfD. Thank you. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 21:11, 8 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

London Wikimedia Fundraiser[edit]

Good evening! This is a friendly message from Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry, inviting you to the London Wikimedia Fundraising party on 19th December 2010, in approximately one week. This party is being held at an artistic London venue with room for approximately 300 people, and is being funded by Ed Saperia, a non-Wikipedian who has a reputation for holding exclusive events all over London. This year, he wants to help Wikipedia, and is subsidising a charity event for us. We're keen to get as many Wikimedians coming as possible, and we already have approximately 200 guests, including members of the press, and some mystery guests! More details can be found at http://ten.luquay.com/wiki/London - expect an Eigenharp, a mulled wine hot tub, a free hog roast, a haybale amphitheatre and more. If you're interested in coming - and we'd love to have you - please go to the ten.wikipedia page and follow the link to the Facebook event. Signing up on Facebook will add you to the party guestlist. Entry fee is a heavily subsidised £5 and entry is restricted to over 18s. It promises to be a 10th birthday party to remember! If you have any questions, please email me at chasemewiki at gmail.com.

Hope we'll see you there, (and apologies for the talk page spam) - Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 18:11, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
