McMahon at Backlash 2007[edit]

Hey I noticed you had a photo I posted on Photobucket from Backlash. I don't mind if you use it, but please give credit where it is due.

Giving you a heads up that I uploaded a different version of your image. I'm not sure if it was the lighting or what when you took it, but it had a really severe yellow hue to it. You can check this with a Colorcube Analysis if your monitor displays it otherwise. Being a photographer, and obsessive about stuff like that, I chose to fix it. I mean you and your work no disrespect, and I hope you do not take it as such. My only intention is to help.

I edit it and only had the image of Shane McMahon. But, your still the creator. JWTLYK. Zenlax 02:09, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah. But, I'm not an experienced editor. Zenlax 10:23, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I know a little. You should consider to be adopted by someone who's experienced in wikipedia. Here's the link: WP:ADOPT. I'll still be around. TTYL. Zenlax 03:32, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations, you are adopted by a user in wikipedia!!!! Now, you'll learn the same stuff as myself. Again, Congratulations. Zenlax 05:52, 24 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm good, but I'm really in a bad mood with a user here in wikipedia. But, everything is great!!! How are you? Zenlax 10:05, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption[edit]

I'm thrilled. Thank you for accepting my offer! hmwithtalk 13:56, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Photography[edit]

I see that you enjoy taking pictures, and you have uploaded several images. This is great. I feel that Wikipedia needs more images, and you are positively contributing to the community. You've set down a great base for a successful experience here.

If you don't mind, are you willing to share you age range and country? This will help me to know how to best help you. If you feel uncomfortable sharing any of that with me, please, please do not, as it won't affect anything too greatly. As you can see on my userpage, I am young adult from the US. If you would like to know me about me, you can visit User:hmwith/about.

If you need any help on anything, obviously, feel free to ask. I'm on Wikipedia several times a day... probably to an unhealthy level. I am very knowledgeable of HTML and Wikitext, and I love to participate in Wikiprojects, which I highly recommend. I also use anti-vandalism tools to revert vandalism, which I also recommend if you are interested in combating vandalism.

If you need to view links to many useful places here, see User:hmwith/links for my most-used links.

I am very excited to have adopted you, as you are only the second editor I have adopted, and I hope that you enjoy the community here, and choose to stay, become an experienced editor yourself, and, eventually, adopt yourself!

I look forward from hearing back from you, and happy Wikiying in the mean time. hmwithtalk 14:46, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have a question about Image:Smcmahon.jpg. Zenlax uploaded the image as {{PD-self}}, but later added the text "This image belongs to Clen_17". So, who took the picture, you or Zenlax? —Remember the dot (talk) 01:52, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Blashley-smcmahon.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Blashley-smcmahon.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MBisanz talk 01:53, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Ortonone.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused, low quality. Subject can hardly be seen. Superseded by files at c:Category:Randy Orton.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 16:20, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
