The 1979 Norwegian Women's Cup was the second season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament for women. The tournament started with eight qualifying groups and the winners qualified for the quarter-finals. BUL won the tournament after beating Sprint-Jeløy in the final on Bislett Stadion on 9 September 1979.
