Echelon Studios, mainly known as a production and international sales agent company, is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Echelon operations involve the development, financing, production, acquisition, sales representation and distribution of film entertainment in the domestic and worldwide marketplace, geared toward the theatrical, TV, pay TV, DVD and VOD markets.

Formed in 2004 by veteran industry executive Eric Louzil who has written, produced and directed over 30 independent films.

In 2006 Echelon Studios and AmericaFree.TV, a leading Internet Television broadcaster announced a content partnership to carry Echelon Studios movies on AmericaFree.TV's Internet Television channels.[1][2]

In the first days of August, 2007 Goldstone Technologies LTD and Echelon Studios entered into an agreement to boost its video library content for its Video-on-Demand subscribers.[3]

Early in 2008 Echelon Studios signed worldwide rights to IFACTORY for the movie Reasonable Excuse Starring Natalie Stewart (Grammy Award winning, Floetry, Shola Ama (Brit Award and MOBO winner) and Lee Henry (UMAs Award winner).[4]

Echelon Studios is always taking part in film festivals all over the world.[5] In 2008 Echelon sponsored the MArteLive Film Festival [6] in Italy and The Paso Digital Film Fest [7] in California.
