Daniel McIntyre is the webmaster for the South Tynedale Railway Preservation Society website at www.strps.org.uk He is a railway enthusiast (especially of narrow gauge railways) and one of his interests is in railway and transport history around his home city of Sunderland and in the North East of England. He is also interested in railway modelling.
