Newman[edit]

Should this really be listed as an unincorporated community? It was that once, but now lies entirely within the city limits of El Paso; despite its small size and isolation from the rest of the city, it is really a neighborhood of northeast El Paso, and has been that way for decades, and I think it should be listed as such. Can we merge the Newman article with the Northeast El Paso article? Methychroma (talk) 04:45, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
