Is it true that Batsmen are offensive, and bowlers defensive? To win at cricket (not limited overs) you have to take 20 wickets. If the openers make 600 between them but the bowlers fail to get enough wickets, then it's a draw. Yes, this seems to be an attempt to Americanise a cricket template... the bowlers are generally referred to as the "attack". 94.5.67.102 (talk) 21:47, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
