Centering frame[edit]

I don't think the image needs fixing. Boxes such as this one usually do not have the image framed; compare for example Template:Pizza or Template:Meals. If anything, we should probably emulate the style of the latter template, which is based on the {{sidebar}} template, not just a beautiful table.
