Possibly so, but some of it ties in with info in What Hi-Fi, (but can I be bothered to read 3 years back issues to check for article), tagged as project Sheffield so someone may pick it up and re write / verify better. its abit late to look at now. it is just an advertisement for the company. "The A.C.T. C.60 is ranked in the top five of the influential journal of STEREO Germany.
