Shouldn't "Sizz-lorr is taller than the tallest" go under continuity errors?

I removed the following trivia because it is incorrect: "

Oddly enough, Tallest Red makes various appearances in Foodcourtia: First, only his hand is recognizable (it's shady) just seconds after Zim jumps to the register and a crowd mounds up. Second, when Zim is asking for a Snacky Cab Red is standing among a crowd of an upper level in the background (notice that he is more visible when the explosion of the Snacky Cab Zim forces to crash illuminates the crowd). And third, in the crowd that mounds up making its way into the Shloogorgh restaurant at the beginning of the Foodening (seconds before Sizz-Lorr lands on it); there is an Irken face, but it could be a bad drawn version of Red.
Sizz-Lorr, with his robotic enhancements, is taller than the Tallest.

The person who appears simply looks like the Almighty Tallest, but was obviously not present due to being on the Massive at the time. Therefore no assumption can be made about Sizz-Lorr and his size compared to Tallest Red can be made in this episode.
