Why is this bill notable?[edit]

There are hundreds, if not thousands of bills introduced in the US House of Representatives. This one, like most others, has been referred to a committee, where most bills die. Why is this bill notable? There are no sources in the general press about this bill, so unless the Judiciary Committee holds hearings on it, or it otherwise surfaces in the news, this particular article is not notable, lacking secondary sources beyond those to be expected for any bill introduced by any Congressman. --DThomsen8 (talk) 21:40, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
