According to Isidore of Seville, iuventus (youth) was the third age of life, following adolescence and lasting until 50. Thus, "flower of his youth" is probably a literal translation and corresponds to a modern term like "prime age". Srnec (talk) 00:02, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
