Stub status[edit]

Not sure if this is still considered a stub - I've expanded it quite a bit from the original form, though it is still quite brief. How can the article be expanded - adding a history section to start with, perhaps? Going into a little depth on the syntax of random map scripts, how they are generated etc, random maps in different games, popularity of custom made random maps etc are some areas we could delve into.
