I have boldly redirected/merged this article to Embarcadero (San Diego) since all the information that was in it is obsolete. The plan was scrapped in 2010 because the California Coastal Commission rejected it. --MelanieN (talk) 14:30, 9 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
