Solely based on looking at the links above, it seems to be "Libya Crimes Watch", without "Organisation". Adumbrativus (talk) 19:05, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Move to Libya Crimes Watch per WP:NAMECHANGES. Though the term Libyan Crimes Watch has more overall usage, the usage of "Libya Crimes Watch" has been growing over the course of 2022, so I think the balance of sources favors this move. (Adumbrativus correctly notes above that "Organisation" is almost never used as part of the organization's title, so it should be removed from the article title regardless of whether the move otherwise goes through.)
