Notability
Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link, just passing mentions.
No de.wiki article exists. Did not hold a significant command and topped out as Captain. Successful completion of missions (sorties flown, # of enemy aircraft shot down, etc) is not part of SOLDIER. A MilHist RfC on this topic has failed to gain consensus in May of 2017:

- @MisterBee1966 have you found new coverage that addresses these notability concerns raised by @K.e.coffman? I'm sure you're still working on the article expansion and had more planned, but unless notability can be established for the subject, it may just get blanked and redirected again anyway. Especially now that WP:SOLDIER has been deprecated? -- asilvering (talk) 08:28, 25 December 2021 (UTC)
- @asilvering it is my understanding that WP:GNG governs notability, in particular that significant coverage in reliable sources are given. This is the case and I will be expanding the article shortly. Cheers MisterBee1966 (talk) 08:58, 25 December 2021 (UTC)
