Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thank you for this new article. The FATVillage project appears to be sufficiently notable enough for a Wikipedia article, given the notice it has received in the real estate and development media. More of those professional articles need to be cited, however.

Also, please notice that other editors have pointed out various problems with the article, particularly its promotional nature. For pointers, follow the links in the notice at the top of the article. If this issues are not resolved, future editors could call for the article to be deleted..
