Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais is not Normandy[edit]

Pas-de-Calais is a department in northern France. Its name is the French equivalent of the Strait of Dover, which it borders.
Edmond Lefebvre du Prey (16 October 1866 in Saint-Omer) was a French politician of the Third Republic. Born in Normandy(??), he later moved to Paris...
