I propose to merge "Coldest Winter (song) " into 808s & Heartbreak. I think that the content in the "Coldest Winter" article can easily be included on 808s & Hertbreak, and the 808s & Hertbreak article is of a reasonable size that the merging of "Coldest Winter" will not cause many problems as far as article size is concerned. "written by Elderkin and he called it" feels like a run-on sentence; I'd reword.
Done split into two sentences --K. Peake 16:00, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"was featured more in it before parts were taken out" reads odd. There's a better word that could be used here, right?

"said the mix is "gloomier and more foreboding" than the song" → "said the mix is "gloomier and more foreboding" than the original mix"

"to the "dark" song" can we use a synonym for dark? So we're not directly quoting one word
"Continuing his review, Dombal" → "Furthermore, he"
Done for the above --K. Peake 16:00, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"She explained, depicting West's "own mug" being replaced with "a cleavage-baring, Leona Lewis look-a-like in the spooky, surreal vid" as a smart strategy from him" this whole sentence should be rephrased to something like " She felt that depicting West's "own mug" being replaced with "a cleavage-baring, Leona Lewis look-a-like in the spooky, surreal vid" was a smart strategy from him"

"campaign by performing the song" → "campaign with a performance of "Coldest Winter"."

Why does this whole section use his first name? This can easily be fixed just by changing instances of "Donda" to "his mother"
MOS:SAMESURNAME, also Donda is introduced as his mother a few sections back so it would read awkwardly to all of a sudden use this instead. --K. Peake 16:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"mock snow fell down" the second instance of "fell down". I'd use a synonym

WP:RSP writes against song lyrics, annotations and descriptions, none of which are used here. --K. Peake 16:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm I guess it's good then. – zmbro(talk) 19:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Check for overlinking (see it on ref 10)
Done must have missed that --K. Peake 16:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Is Mind Equals Blown reliable?
The website has a specific category for editorials, in which the article cited is included; this is clearly separated from other content to be clear about pieces that are usable as legitimate sources. --K. Peake 16:55, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good. – zmbro(talk) 19:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
What is One Country and is it reliable?
OneCountry delivers news on numerous topics, including pop culture and country music, with a team of various editors. The site is also used for prizes, but notice there is a separate domain for the news, showing the two are distinguishable. --K. Peake 16:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good. – zmbro(talk) 19:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Overall well done. Once these are resolved, it should be a GA in no time. Hope you're doing well man! – zmbro(talk) 14:17, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Zmbro I have now covered everything, do you have any concerns still? --K. Peake 16:55, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. ✓Pass – zmbro(talk) 19:18, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Curt has commented on it in several interviews so it should be mentioned. Since Kanye did this track, Tears for Fears have used a bit of his track as an intro to playing "Memories Fade" live. Jules TH 16 (talk) 16:18, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
