There are citations and references, as well as a couple of paragraphs so I, as the originator of the article, would vote for "Start". I'd love to see someone with more relevant background than mine build this out a little. Given that the term is now essentially obsolete and so the article is more of historical interest, I doubt that it will ever become truly substantial.Acad Ronin (talk) 17:26, 29 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
