According to https://tdi.ilnb.uscourts.gov/barredDebtors/Attachments/cm-1527793-114.pdf Skrine borrowed $2 million, then sought to avoid repaying the loan by declaring Chapter 7 bankruptcy. A lawsuit was filed. The bankruptcy was converted to Chapter 11 and his assets - influding funds, two watches and two cars - were converted to cash and the debt settled. While true and able to be referenced, in my opinion this does not warrant this information being added to his personal life. As to defrauding people via collecting money for non-existant season's tickets to Jets games, that requires a better reference than what has been offered.
