The brevity of the article[edit]

Good heavens, can't we do better than this? If Mr. Jenkins deserves an article, we could at least post some of his work experience, university, etc.? I can't find anything on the web but the garbage that other sites have lifted from us (sadly...I hope they all update soon). If we can't get much more than this, I don't see how we really have an article at all. Anyone have access to better info? Jwrosenzweig 07:07, 20 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

There is an informational web page on the Guardian website giving his education, but it is not notable (he has a journalism degree) and his work history, again, not notable, he has worked as an editor at smaller journals. Fred Bauder 12:39, July 20, 2005 (UTC)

An article about a person who is not a public figure and who has engaged in no notable behavior has this characteristic. Unlike the typical English aristocrat without distinguishing characteristics, it makes no sense to discuss his lineage and progeny. Fred Bauder 12:39, July 20, 2005 (UTC)
