Candidate political parties[edit]
Clarifying my recent edit - I definitely agree that a candidate's political party is generally important, but I don't think it's relevant in the context of a non-partisan race where virtually all candidates are Democrats. Mapps, Gonzalez, Rubio, Ryan, Sten, and Adams are also democrats (I'm sure Eudaly is too but it's not on her page), but we're currently only listing this for Wheeler. We could certainly add it to everyone but I don't see what that adds to the page other than clutter. Thoughts? Jamedeus (talk) 04:50, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
- There was originally a party affiliation listed for everyone but another editor removed them all and I didn't want to get into an edit war. I've re-added them for consistency. BottleOfChocolateMilk (talk) 18:36, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
Mike Reese[edit]
Mike Reese has been picked as the next director of the Oregon Department of Corrections. Does this put him out of the "potential" category? C. W. Edward (talk) 21:34, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
