Overlap?[edit]

This portal covers much of the same ground as Portal:Human body. Are both portals needed? The older portal could use some expert attention, especially the later tabs. -- John of Reading (talk) 06:43, 23 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

But then it wouldn't cover animal anatomy. If these two portals get merged, please do it under the more general term. Thanks! --Geekdiva (talk) 11:34, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Geekdiva and John of Reading: I notice that Portal:Anatomy has eight subpages while Portal:Human body has 148 subpages. Human body is also a much older Portal. Merging to the name Anatomy makes sense to me. The newer Portal (this one) is the Portal that is hurting now. What is your thinking now, y'all? Cheers! {{u|Checkingfax}} {Talk} 09:40, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Project needs small icon[edit]

When listed in Template:Portal bar, this portal does not have a topic-specific icon. Thanks! --Geekdiva (talk) 11:34, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Geekdiva: Do you have an image in mind? It's got to be recognisable at this small size. -- John of Reading (talk) 14:27, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Geekdiva (with cc to John of Reading). I had forgotten about this talk page but just by happenstance I added one earlier, but it is not ideal. If you click on the thumbnail image though you can see the full size image. You can see some samples and discussion here. Cheers! {{u|Checkingfax}} {Talk} 09:27, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Portal has a lot of red text in subboxes[edit]

There is a lot of red text on the lower half of this Portal page. Is this by design? Checkingfax (talk) 21:54, 22 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Checkingfax: No, it's a sign that the portal was never finished. -- John of Reading (talk) 05:55, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
