Neptis metanira, or Holland's sailer, is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo and possibly the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda.[2] The habitat consists of forests.
