Submission acceptance[edit]
Hello, I'm Doom* a user of LibrePCB for years as a professional (startup).
LibrePCB's reputation is growing all the time and, in my opinion, it deserves its place on Wikipedia. There are very few open source software of this type, the other well-known is Kicad.
LibrePCB has been presented several times at FOSDEM, the European conference for open source software developers (in 2018, 2022 and 2024).
LibrePCB has also been featured several times on Hackaday :
- in 2010 : LibrePCB review
- in 2023 : LibrePCB 1.0
It has also been featured in an Heise article, a well-known German magazine: Heise article on LibrePCB
The project has even been promoted on X by its 'competitor' Kicad: tweet from Kicad
Finally, it was also featured by NextPCB a major chinese PCB manufacturer : LibrePCB featuring by NextPCB.
So there's at least 6 articles and conferences over a 5-year period by national or international entities recognized by Wikipedia.
In my opinion, this meets the requirements for creating an article.
So can you please accept the notability of LibrePCB and remove the reviewer comments & the associated notice ?
Thanks.

- There's a mechanism for putting it back in the AfC queue for a fresh look once the new sources are added to the article. lizthegrey (talk) 00:06, 16 February 2024 (UTC)
