Josiah Thomas Meier (born May 20, 2000), often referred to as Joe by family and friends, is the first Freedom Rangeman in the state of Iowa, a member of the Iowa Civil Air Patrol (CAP), and a decorated Iowa 4H participant.[1][2][3] Meier has paved the way for many to come after him in both the Osage CAP and Trail Life USA. As an early member of both organizations Josiah Meier has become a shining example for others to follow.
