Jack Schwartz Importer is a longstanding establishment in the cigar and tobacco world based in Chicago, IL. Founded by Jack Schwartz in 1921, the store originally operated from the iconic Westminster building and has since relocated to the Chicago Board of Trade Building. It has become a favored spot among stock traders and tourists alike.[1] Today, Jack Schwartz Importer primarily conducts business through its online platform, jackschwartz.com.[2]

The store is renowned for its exclusive products, including the Westminster Cigars, named after its original location, and the La Flor Dominicana Billy Club, named after current owner Billy O'Hara.

It is unclear when. But at some point in the 1940's the store was visited by Winston Churchill. It is rumored that this might have happened when Churchill stopped in Chicago before giving his famous Iron Curtain speech in Missouri.

In 2021, Jack Schwartz Importer celebrated its centennial anniversary. To mark this milestone, La Flor Dominicana crafted a special "100th Anniversary" Andalusian Bull, exclusively available at the store.[3] Additionally, in 2021, a special Independence Day cigar by La Flor Dominicana was released exclusively through Jack Schwartz Importer.[4]

In 2022, Jack Schwartz Importer acquired one of seven NFTs from La Flor Dominicana, granting them the rights to sell the La Flor Dominicana Golden Bull, a variation of the renowned Andalusian Bull, which was named Cigar of the Year in 2016.[5][6]
