Elevate Property Group is a residential property development company in the United Kingdom operating across England, primarily the Midlands.
The company restored Old Heaton House, a former Georgian gentleman’s residence built in 1823 sat in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, together with Gunsmith House, a former gun making factory on Price Street in Birmingham and Priory House a former forensic science laboratory which was home to the Forensic Science Service for more than 40 years before it closed in 2011.
