Iambographers[edit]
Perhaps the category should be enlarged to include "iambic and elegiac poets." That would help resolve inconsistencies and give most of the inmates of the various collections of melic, iambic, and elegiac poetry an obvious home. Simonides is probably the only one who would really need to be categorized as both an elegist and a lyrist. Wareh (talk) 18:12, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
