Non-free usage in Association des Scouts de Djibouti[edit]

It's hard to see how this file's current usage in Association des Scouts de Djibouti satisfies WP:NFCC#8. It's not being used in the infobox as it's not free use rationale claims and it's not the subject of sourced commentary which is typically required for usage outside of the infobox. If this was used at one time by the organization, then it may be possible to just move this up to the infobox. Even so, there is no source information provided other than a link to a file deleted back in 2010, so there are problems with WP:NFCC#10a. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:29, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. Used in infobox. One positive thing this whole debate has made me do is go back over these smaller, less-visited articles and clean them up.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 04:58, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • This seems to satisfy WP:NFCC#8, so the current DI tag is wrong. An admin should check whether the deleted file which is listed in the source field has a source or not, since WP:NFCC#10a requires the file to have a source. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:37, 29 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
    • @Stefan2: File was moved to infobox with this edit which was after my above post, so I now agree that it does seem to satisfy NFCC#8. The only remaining issues are with the sourcing, so if a source can be found than I think everything would be fine. For what it's worth, I tried a Google image search but found nothing, and I couldn't really find any thing online about "Association des Scouts de Djibouti". -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:38, 29 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
