This diagram has been created by me, based on my own original contributions to a publication by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)manual titled "Manual on Technology Transfer Negotiation" [ISBN 92-1-106302-7] in which I am acknowledged as a contributor/Consultant. The Manual has been designed with a view to desemminating material on technology transfer and negotiation processes. Copyright UNIDO, Vienna 1996
