Description |
From the caption in the book- "These three magnificently built resident properties, southwest corner Neil and Fifth Avenues, are owned by Mr. Caldwell, the corner being the home of the Major. They are all built of pressed brick and stone trimmings, all of handsome designs. The interior is all of hard-wood finish; white walnut, ash and hard pine. They are surrounded by large and beautiful lawns, shade trees and flowers." The home on the corner now houses the Frick Law Building. The other two homes shown are still residences. |
