Deutsch: Heinrich Thomann (1748–1794): «Netstal dans le Canton Glarus Contre le Glärnitsh.» Ansicht von Netstal vor dem Glärnisch mit der 1766/68 von Hans Ulrich Grubenmann errichteten gedeckten Holzbrücke über die Linth, die während der Schlacht bei Näfels im Zweiten Koalitionskrieg (1. Oktober 1799) auf Befehl des französischen Brigadegenerals Molitor gesprengt wurde, um die Vorhut des russischen Feldmarschalls Suworow unter Generalmajor Pjotr Bagration am Ausbruch aus dem Linthtal zu hindern.
